Some women can lose weight incredibly fast after pregnancy. I had difficulty and was so envious of those who could! Are there any women here who were lucky, at least in younger years, or has it been a battle ever since?

Well I have a friend who is pregnant right now and her doctor told her she could only gain 4 pounds each month (a pound a week). I'm thinking the less you gain the easier it is to take off. I did not have any problem taking it off after I gave birth. I put it on when my kids were closer to 8. I don't know why!

I have envied women who were 7,8,9, months pregnant and still skinny all over! Oh, how I wished I was one of those women. It makes me think how this is possible! I guess they are just naturally blessed.

I made a mess of myself when I was pregnant giving in to every craving. My two best friends, Ben and Jerry, stood by me through it all!
I do think the less you gain, the easier it probably is to lose.

LOVE Ben and Jerry - Cherry Garcia is my FAVORITE! I allow myself to have it once a week, only on Sunday, and that's it. Sunday is my "eat anything" day, but I'm really good at sticking to a regiment every day of the week. I'm down 35 pounds -

I did lose it quick after both pregnancies but then my work life changed and I never thought about what that would do to my weight. I was always used to being on my feet for work when it came to the food industry, then when you change and sit down for a living everything changes.

I know what you are talking about. It seems that their belly was the only part of their body which looked bigger than its normal size. Some people just never gain extra weight.
