What exercises did you stop doing because of your age? I used to jog when I was younger and single, but now it's too hard for a mom like me to do that on a regular basis.

I am similar to you. I jogged a lot when I was younger, but now I think I am too old to do that (well, not that old). I don't even think that jogging and running are good for younger people.

For me it's Basketball - too hard on the knees & hips. Getting old sucks!

I think that walking is fine. As long as you do it regularly it will help to keep you fit. I have never jogged, and don't play any sports, but I think that brisk walking is good and helps to burn a few calories. I am lucky to have a park only 2 minutes away from my house
