Do you think martial arts are good exercises for weight loss? I notice that most martial artists (at least whom I have seen on TV) are in good shape.

I have never tried any martial arts. But I can see how doing any of them would help you burn calories and lose some pounds. And I haven't seen many overweight martial artists.
